What data we receive
Your name, phone number or Telegram username, the service you chose, and the text of your comment from the request form. To protect against spam, the server keeps track of the sender’s IP address for a short time.
Why we need it
To reply to your request, discuss the task, and prepare an estimate. The data is not used for mailings and is not sold.
Where it is stored
The request goes to a studio employee in Telegram. The website does not save requests in a database. The IP address is kept only in the server’s memory, is not written to a database, and is used only to limit how often requests can be sent.
Who it is shared with
Only the services the website runs on: Cloudflare hosting and the Telegram messenger.
How long it is kept
While we discuss and carry out the project. After that, we delete the data at your request.
Your rights
You can find out what data we have about you, correct it, or delete it. To do so, write to hello@biligdev.com.
