Terms of engagement
This is how we work with every client. The exact scope of work, timeline, and price are set in the contract we sign before work starts.
Fixed-price contract
Before we start, we sign a contract: what we build, by when, and for how much.
The price does not change if the scope does not change. If new requests come up during the work, we estimate them first and agree on them with you separately.
NDA on request
If your idea, data, or documents are confidential, we sign an NDA before you tell us the details.
Without your consent, we do not show the project in our portfolio and do not name you as our client.
Payment in stages
The work is split into stages. They are written into the contract.
You review the result of each stage and pay for it. The order and size of the payments are set in the estimate.
The code, domain, and access are yours
We register the domain, the hosting, and the App Store and Google Play accounts in your name.
After payment, we hand over the source code and all access. You are not tied to us and can continue with any contractor.
3-month warranty
For three months after launch, we fix bugs in what we built, free of charge.
New features and improvements are not covered by the warranty. We estimate them separately.
Support after launch
After the warranty, we continue under a support agreement: updates, improvements, backups, and monitoring.
You choose the format: monthly support or payment for individual tasks.
